Lei prevê um Divórcio mais rápido.

A lei nº 11.441/2007 inovou no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro vigente à época e trouxe para a sociedade a imensa facilidade de se efetuar o divórcio por meio extrajudicial, ou seja, no cartório.
